Resignation

i will resign tmr.... one month's notice... i still can have two weeks to prepare.
and i still need to work after the CNY holidays.... i.e. i still can have their red packet.... hehe;p

actually i really can't imagine what would happen after i hand in the letter.... will the S.M. goes mad??
since three U.S. staff came on Mon and Tue.... they seems want to know if we can laid off some staff in our dept.... coz 6 designers for in-house...... but actually in the peak seasons, we work very hard..... OT for long....
if i leave, don't know if they can hire someone else.....
also they decide to fire the photographer and hire another one... i don't mention why.... but they will take action soon..... '

my colleague asked me to consider when is the suitable timing........ yes, TIMING.... i know what does it means.... lol ;p
to avoid her asks me too many things.... she would ask both related to the trip or some other thing... i've better do it around 5pm....
Friday is a good date too... coz i can give her 2 days to think and less embarrass ..... Mon will be back to normal.
