First Body Combat Class at Aussie



left HK for almost 3 months... that means 3 months didn't gym, didn't body combat. although i had attend the zumba class, it's a latino dance school... not a gym, no equipments, no shower, no changing room...
u know, actually i played body combat earlier than any dance classes when i was just start group X. i still love BC so much... it's still the best way to release all the stress... and great workout.

woke up early this morning (yea, a bit earlier for me... for May is later than normal... (Aussie office ppl used to start working at 7am..) i paid $20 for one day pass at Toowong Fitness First.... actually it's quite expensive since May said it can be $17 for one week... if i attend more, it should be worth it... if $15 per zumba class for 45 mins at the latino dance school.... and i found there's one hour zumba class here, it's juz starting from this week! but only one class for the whole week.... what if i attend zumba + BC non-stop? seems i never tried this combination b4....

BTW, i attend the 8:30am morning BC class... today is still in BC 44 new release, i tried BC 43 b4 i left... so the "shoot" is not new for me...
the cat stand changed to slow continuous front kicks than switch to side kick and hold... it's challenging... i can do well for the left side (i think coz my right leg can stand still and balance better)
i quite like the Muay Thai track... is that Muay Thai track? three right elbows, and a left downward elbow with jump.... 
surely i miss the ginga too...
even i didn't play BC for 3 months, and new release, i still can follow and cope with the whole class... yay! surely it also relate to the instructor, Yvonne... she's a muscular but fit instructor, i think the age is similar or a bit older than Rachel, the BC representative. Yvonne's cue is clear and at the right time. not much mistakes (although i don't know this release, at least her presentation is confident enough to believe she's got no mistakes, ar... no, one mistake only... while two hooks she did one and did the upper cut earlier=p
her posture is not bad and powerful enough (her bicep.... pretty strong)... she teaches Body pump too.
for the classroom, not too crowded, enough spaces, the ceiling is tall and they got fans (i mean the machine with blades that go round to create a current of air, not ppl)... so the air supply is good... 
after that, i did some weight for my abs, thigh... i think it's time to build up my thigh muscles, i can't run the steep slope while running with May and Heng... i always change to walk at the middle of each slope... those muscles i built up at Body pump classes i attended at HK were gone already...


one thing i dislike.... they don't provide towels.... more stuff need to bring along for gym.... 
so HK california ppl, don't complaint on can't request change another set of towel. 
no shampoo and conditioner provided as well although cali is not providing good quality of shampoo and conditioner....

the class after the BC class was Body Attack... first time see what's Body attack.... so aerobics.... i don't have interest to try....

anyway, i enjoyed the class so much today, sweated alot....
i used to use hand wraps, i didn't bring it (i've got more than 10 handwraps at HK! see the pic)
without handwrap, seems miss something, but i should learn not to rely on it... no handwrap can still fight.... the power is not come from the handwrap, but myself, rite?!
