started my third day training at King of kings.... OMG! so many trainees today.... includings me, 5 ppl altogether. 2 young girls were first day and 2 guys for second day.
including 4 waiters, 3 dim sum ladies and some relatives of this restaurant.... sometimes i saw many ppl cleaning up the same small table.... it's a funny scene. but i still have to co-work with others.... it's team work... so when it's a large table, i'll work with them.
Dan is so kind, he taught me so many skills. i made a little fault, i spilled the soya bean sauce on the new cloth, he came and taught me to wrap it with the old one, then no one will found i made fault...
almost the end of the afternoon shift, i chatted with other new trainees... asked them their names and where did they come from. Melody is a student from HK. Iris is a working holiday visa ppl from Taiwan. Yi and another guy are students from Mainland China. compare with them, i'm so old....
and i also chatted with another waitress, Xin from Tsing Tao... she looks like a dancer.... her figure, and her hair style.... a typical chinese pretty gal... white skin, single eyelid.... i asked her if she knows dancing... she said yes... but didn't dance after came to AU... i thought she's dance school student, but she said she's studying commerce...
i start remembering the drink list myself.... they still not teach me yet, but i tried to mark them down at the break time.... XXXX Gold, Bitter... Hahn...... premium light.... they r really new too me.... there r so many local beer which never rang my bell....

meeting Junno
i planned to have training on night shift today... but i saw a missed call and sms from josephine. Junno, a brother of my fellowship, another WHV backpacker, he just came to BNE, she asked me if i want to meet him tonite. so i told wendy i have something to do tonite and left.
i met them up at city... he's juz stay here for one night and will go to perth tmr morning. it's good to hear his experience to work at the farm and how he's going this half year of his trip.
since we claimed we are poor.... and i don't want to eat chinese food outside (coz i can eat it at my restaurant), Josephine don't want to eat Japanese food (coz she's working at a Suisi Roll shop).
finally we chose McDonald's... that's the first time for me after i arrived.... AUD$8.45 i.e. abt HKD$60 for a Grand Angus meal.... i'd already expected and still cheaper than other food....
the taste... i don't know if HK have Angus Burger.... but i think it's a bit better than HK...
we walked to the place he stays tonite. it's YHA hostel at city. we got a little visit there. most ppl staying there are westerners.... the place is not bad, clean, with swimming pool, large and clean kitchen... but no free internet services.... it's relatively cheap rent. and there's lockers with socket inside it.... so ppl and recharge their mobile phone inside... it's a good design...
we wanted to visit his room too... but we saw a guy juz wrapping himself with a towel, half naked... haha.... quite embarrass.... and his roomates was sleeping already.... so we left.
when we got back to Carindale, the shopping mall closed again and needed to walk outside the mall...... don't know why tonite was so dark, many lights closed...
i have to think of if i need to walk alone, which way should i take.
