Symphony of Kitchen

i started to work at the Chinese Restaurant at Chinatown yesterday.
as i mentioned b4, Wendy called me and said they need someone wash the dishes on every Mon. so start from yesterday, i will work there full day for washing dishes.
Andrew works as a cook there, he came to me if i got any hard feeling abt that? i can voice out... since i've got no experience, so if i really want to work with pay, wash the dishes can do... and just one day, not everyday.... i think i'm okay. He brought me some fried rubs noodles as my lunch and lent his apron to me.
the one who taught me how to wash dishes is a Vietnam lady. she can't speak cantonese, mandarin and just knows a bit English. We just used some body language and another Mandarin lady who is a cook taught me some also.
when i tried not to feel i'm so poor... juz like some country girl working at a city.... i stayed calm and tried to listen the sound arounds me... someone chopping pork... then another one joining in... at the beginning they are different, one off beat and one on beat... then they chopping together... become faster, faster.....
someone at the back singing........
the bell ringing (because the Dish is ready to serve)...
all these are a percussion... if u had heard of STOMP or Dr. Lung Heung Wing....

Andrew drove me back to my place... really thanks and he given Camel a call and we chatted on the car using speaker. Actually, since there's some card problem on the IDD card i bought from HK... i still can't make any calls to HK yet. feel so sorry to my parents.
